With this application, the undersigned event organiser wishes to include an event it has produced in the Design Year 2005 event programme. The event organiser is independently in charge of organising the event, including its funding, production and publicity. The Design Year registration fee will be paid within 14 days of receiving approval from Design Forum Finland in the programme of the Design Year. The reference number is 1300 and the bank account number is Nordea 200118-267521.
